Your washer-dryer enquiry
What matters for this product
Separate the washing result from the drying result. State whether the drum still contains water and which combined or drying-only programme was selected.
Washes, but leaves laundry damp
Keep the drying selection, load and cycle result separate from the wash. Say whether the combination programme was selected or drying was started afterwards.
Works on some occasions
Record the programme or function, starting conditions and any warning when the problem appears. Intermittent behaviour can be difficult to assess from a single demonstration.
Keep the model with the symptom
For Fisher & Paykel, keep the exact name as printed on the label and every model ending. Paperwork or an accessible label can provide the product reference. A guide does not confirm current parts stock or that every model can be accepted.
Agree the proposed next step
The team checks the actual model, work, charges and access before confirming a Monday–Thursday visit. Describe observations rather than ordering a component from a web symptom.
