Practical preparation
Freezer: what changed before the problem.
For your freezer enquiry, mention a recent move, interruption, different programme or altered use if it actually happened. Timing is useful context, but it does not establish that the change caused a failed component.
Suitable work, charges and Monday–Thursday visits confirmed individually.

Apply this to your freezer
Say what changed, whether a warning appears and whether the door closes normally. Do not dismantle an iced-up appliance to demonstrate a fault.
Keep the product and request together
The label, fitting and observed change describe the specific product. Send only information relevant to the enquiry; an old front-panel range name alone can be incomplete.
Know what this preparation does
Preparing notes helps the team understand the request. It does not reserve an appointment, confirm a particular part or authorise charges. Work and visits are agreed individually.
