Practical preparation
Freezer: how the appliance is fitted.
For your freezer enquiry, describe freestanding, built-in, integrated, built-under or stacked access where relevant. Furniture panels and surrounding units can affect the proposed work; do not dismantle them for photographs.
Suitable work, charges and Monday–Thursday visits confirmed individually.

Apply this to your freezer
Say what changed, whether a warning appears and whether the door closes normally. Do not dismantle an iced-up appliance to demonstrate a fault.
Keep the product and request together
The label, fitting and observed change describe the specific product. Send only information relevant to the enquiry; an old front-panel range name alone can be incomplete.
Know what this preparation does
Preparing notes helps the team understand the request. It does not reserve an appointment, confirm a particular part or authorise charges. Work and visits are agreed individually.
