Practical preparation
Oven: a useful symptom record.
For your oven enquiry, write down what happened during the last ordinary use, what still works and which function changed. Keep observations separate from a suggested replacement component.
Suitable work, charges and Monday–Thursday visits confirmed individually.

Apply this to your oven
Identify the affected cavity, selected mode and temperature setting. A working light or fan does not establish that every heating function works.
Keep the product and request together
The label, fitting and observed change describe the specific product. Send only information relevant to the enquiry; an old front-panel range name alone can be incomplete.
Know what this preparation does
Preparing notes helps the team understand the request. It does not reserve an appointment, confirm a particular part or authorise charges. Work and visits are agreed individually.
