Practical preparation
Tumble dryer: a useful symptom record.
For your tumble dryer enquiry, write down what happened during the last ordinary use, what still works and which function changed. Keep observations separate from a suggested replacement component.
Suitable work, charges and Monday–Thursday visits confirmed individually.

Apply this to your tumble dryer
Identify vented, condenser or heat-pump technology and report the load, programme and result. Compressor and sealed refrigerant-circuit work are excluded.
Keep the product and request together
The label, fitting and observed change describe the specific product. Send only information relevant to the enquiry; an old front-panel range name alone can be incomplete.
Know what this preparation does
Preparing notes helps the team understand the request. It does not reserve an appointment, confirm a particular part or authorise charges. Work and visits are agreed individually.
