For your tumble dryer enquiry, keep the work area reasonably clear and tell the team about steps, entry systems or access restrictions that apply. Do not disconnect or move heavy equipment unless separately advised for the agreed work.

Identify vented, condenser or heat-pump technology and report the load, programme and result. Compressor and sealed refrigerant-circuit work are excluded.
Keep the product and request together
The label, fitting and observed change describe the specific product. Send only information relevant to the enquiry; an old front-panel range name alone can be incomplete.
