For your hob enquiry, keep the work area reasonably clear and tell the team about steps, entry systems or access restrictions that apply. Do not disconnect or move heavy equipment unless separately advised for the agreed work.

For an electric or induction hob, identify the affected zone and what the controls display. Gas-related enquiries must be confirmed before attendance.
Keep the product and request together
The label, fitting and observed change describe the specific product. Send only information relevant to the enquiry; an old front-panel range name alone can be incomplete.
